Ange hints at Davies return to squad but Spurs have more injuries.

Tottenham Hotspur head coach Ange Postecoglou said at his pre-Premier League press conference ahead of their trip to Everton on January 19. That senior defender Ben Davies is in contention to return to the squad. But hated striker Timo Werner is likely to be out for months.

Spurs have had a challenging season with a number of injured players, but Davies has recovered from a hamstring problem to make the trip to Merseyside. สมัคร UFABET

But the likes of Werner (hamstring), Brennan Johnson (calf) and Yves Bissouma (muscle) are all likely to miss the game at Goodison Park.

“Two or three players had pain from the game in midweek,”Ange Postecoglou said.

“We still have to wait for Brennan Johnson, he complained of a little bit of a calf injury, Yves Bissouma has some body aches.”

“Still waiting for more information about them.”

“The one who comes back, Ben Davis, should be involved.”

“Timo Werner undergoes MRI scan”

“He sprained his hamstring, so he will be out for 3-4 weeks.”

With Spurs taking on Chelsea on Sunday, it’s possible the Lilywhites go into the match. With only Dragusin as the only senior centre-back available. A lot will depend on Romero, who is expected to step up his recovery in the coming days.
